The INPhO Cookbook is the prototype of a user interface for a database on traditional recipes.

As a user interface it is supposed to help you in the retrieval of relevant information from the underlying database.
The database is based upon the book Utilising root crops, which was primarily designed to provide recipes for use at the household level or as a basic product formula upon which to expand production at the small scale, industrial level. Thus it could assist small producers and entrepreneurs, especially women, increase their income and raise their living standards as they put the information into practice.

In order to have this application running properly, you will need a web browser software like Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer (each in Version 4 or higher), which facilitates JavaScript.
